Do you offer engraving services for your jewelry?
Yes, we provide exclusive engraving services to add a personal touch to your jewelry. For bespoke engravings, please include your request in the order notes while placing your order.
Are your pieces BIS hallmarked?
Our jewelry pieces are not BIS hallmarked as standard. However, we offer the option of BIS hallmarking upon request at an additional cost, based on actual charges. Please conact us to discuss your hallmarking needs and we will be pleased to accommodate your request.
Do you offer replating services for your jewelry?
We recommend proper care to maintain your jewelry. However, if tarnishing occurs and you require replating, we are happy to do it for a nominal fee. Please contact us for detailed information and to arrange for your jewelry to be restored to its original brilliance.

How do I place an order?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options, including credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Additionally, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, with a nominal fee of ₹150. Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.
How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?
Most of our products are hand crafted per order keeping the environment in mind. This process takes 15 working days, after which your order will be dispatched.
In case the product is readily available, the same will be shipped within 48 hours.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your purchase. Please contact our customer service team promptly via email at info@mirei.in, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM with your order number and the requested changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Certainly! You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. This email will contain your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How do I track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our carrier's website to monitor the status of your delivery. Should you have any questions about your shipment, please feel free to contact us.
What is the standard delivery time and can it be delayed?
Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing and shipping. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed the following business day. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities may cause delays. Mirei won’t assume liability for such delays, so make sure to provide the correct contact number and address for smooth deliveries.

What's your return/exchange policy and how do I get started?
We don’t do refunds, but we love making things right with store credit or exchanges! If your product is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact, email us at info@mirei.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Can I return or exchange a customized or personalized item?
Customized and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your jewelry needs repair, we’re happy to help! Repairs start at Rs.500/- and will increase depending on the damage. For online orders, please provide photos so we can determine the best course of action.
