• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on orders. However, in case of returns we provide store credit valid for 6 months.

• Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange a product, you must do so within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with tags intact and in the original packaging. The product can be exchanged for another product.

*One-Time Exchange: A product can be exchanged only once per order.

Damage & Replacement

• Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged or broken piece, report it within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please send us an opening video as proof.

Repairs

• Repair Service: If you require any repair for your item, we are happy to assist. Repairs start at Rs. 500/- and will vary depending on the extent of the damage.

• Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
