- Gift cards are activated immediately upon purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Products bought with a gift card can’t be returned or exchanged unless received damaged. A video of the unboxing is required as proof, and any refund will be issued as store credit only.

- Multiple gift cards cannot be combined in a single transaction unless specified.
- If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will carry forward for future use.
