- Made to Order: Most of our products are made to order, ensuring that each piece is crafted specifically for you.

- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notification instantly once your order is confirmed.

- Dispatch Time: We will dispatch your order within 15 business days.

- Prepaid Orders Only: Please note that we only accept prepaid orders at this time. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

 Delivery Time

- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing and shipping.

- Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

- Accurate Information: To ensure smooth deliveries and communication, please provide the correct contact number and address with every order.

- Unforeseen Delays: Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and natural calamities. Mirei will not assume any liability in such cases.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase to ensure that we can process your cancellation. After this 24-hour window, your order will be processed, and cancellations may no longer be possible. We strive to provide exceptional service, and your understanding is greatly appreciated.
